Delivery and Shipping
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price is included with the product price, which is 20% of the total product price.
Typically, delivery occurs within 30 working days of us receiving your payment authorization and cleared funds. In some cases, the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 10 working day delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after delivery
Delivery methods & locations
We work with many delivery partners including Post and courier companies. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.
We deliver most products Worldwide (Except the countries which are specified in RAK Free zone Law where we cannot be able to do business). In some cases, we will only be able to deliver products in metropolitan areas. This information will be shown on the product listing.
Make sure you get the confirmation email after you place order and complete the payment. If your payment is successful but you do not receive any confirmation email, please let us know immediately. send the payment Id to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and mention you did not receive the confirmation email.
Please make sure you have given the correct phone number, Post Box Number, and email address. We will not be able to change the information after you place the order, all the orders will be placed automatically to our supply chain as soon as you complete the order.
You must verify your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address and contact information.
Phone numbers are very important for courier package delivery. If your phone number is incorrect courier will not be delivered to you and it will be locked (OFD lock). If courier company put the shipment to OFD lock we will not be able to remove that, eventually it will change to RTO (Return to Origin).
Courier company will send the OTP to your registered phone number. If you are unable to provide the OTP, the package will not be delivered to you and the shipment status will change to return to origin (RTO).
RTO marked orders cannot be delivered. If you need that product you need to start the order process again.
Product not delivered.
We will issue full refund if the product is not delivered. Please inform us if the product not delivered within 30 days from your order date. Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . Mention the order number in subject line.
If the product is damaged during delivery, we will issue full refund. Provided the photos of damaged product. This must be sent as soon as the product delivered.
Product not functioning, scratched, faulty.
Send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com , send the photos of received product. Our logistics team will check the photos and we will update you about the refund and return of product procedure thorough email.
Product description is correct as shown in website. But still want to return.
Refund will be issued 70% of the product cost. Return shipment is customer responsibility.
Incorrectly described goods.
if the product is not as described in website product page, it is eligible for full refund.
Ordered Product but the product no more required.
As it is not possible to stop the shipment. Once the courier reaches you to deliver do not accept the shipment from them. Once you rejected this shipment, the package will return to our warehouse. Once received we will issue you 70% of the product cost as refund.
If you collect the shipment from courier company, we will only issue 50% of the product cost. Also Shipping back is customer responsibility. So, we advise you not to collect the product from courier delivery.
Product collected from courier but want to return.
If you want to return the product which is collected from courier. You can do so by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . Only unused products can be returned. Send the product photo to check the condition of product.
You will get reply with procedure of return is explained in email. Only 50% of the product cost will be refunded. Product return cost is customer responsibility.
It is not possible to cancel the order. Once the order status changed to “Processing”. In case if you want to cancel the order, you will get no refund.
Goods that cannot be returned
Products that have been used cannot be returned.
